Growing Deep
The Growing Deep Leadership and Formation Framework articulates what it means to participate, work and flourish in a Lutheran education community.
Since 1939 the Lutheran Church has had Lutheran schools. This framework gives us a basis in which all involved in Lutheran early childhood, primary and secondary education can reflect deeply and confidently on this foundation, and how it points us to today and tomorrow as lifelong learners.
