Lead and thrive

Lead and thrive is an online leadership development program specifically designed to support those currently in leadership positions such as director or supervisor in Lutheran Early Childhood Services.

This two-year program costs $300 and includes an introductory webinar, a guided action research project, eight learning modules, eight coaching sessions, and an optional assessment leading to accreditation as an Early Childhood Leader in Lutheran Education.

• Closely exploring the core leadership capabilities and Vocational Practices aligned to Growing Deep
• Essential leadership skills and stances for effective service delivery
• The knowledge and expertise to implement change successfully.
