Growing as leaders
Growing as leaders is an online program intended for teachers in Lutheran education who are beginning to take an interest in leadership or hold middle leadership positions within their school.
Growing as leaders can be undertaken at any point in a formation journey. Presentations from experienced leaders from across the National Lutheran system, along with readings and resources are a feature of this program.
Growing as leaders is a development program for middle and emerging leaders focusing on an understanding of Lutheran education in Lutheran schools and ECSs.
This free leadership development program will be delivered and developed over 3 years with the goal of creating online resources for the future. Each year we release a module centred on the foundational Lutheran education document Growing Deep.
This series explores the importance of understanding yourself and your impact and is focused on the Growing Deep capability of Growing Oneself. Now available as self-paced modules at iLearn – Australian Lutheran College.
The Lutheran leadership lens. This series investigates the remaining Growing Deep Capabilities of Engaging the Community, Leading the Team, and Focusing on Outcomes. The series will be available as self-paced modules in October 2026.
