Growing as leaders is an online program intended for teachers in Lutheran education who are beginning to take an interest in leadership or hold middle leadership positions within their school. Growing as leaders can be undertaken at any point in a formation journey. Presentations from experienced leaders from across the National Lutheran system, along with readings and resources are a feature of this program.
This series explores what it means to be part of Lutheran education community. The foundation of Lutheran education is the gospel of Jesus Christ (which) informs all learning and teaching, all human relationships, and all activities (The LCA and its schools, 2001).
The Lutheran lens identifies key theological concepts that underpin Lutheran education. The lens provides a way of seeing and being in Lutheran education. This series explores these foundational concepts. Now available as self-paced modules on iLearn – Australian Lutheran College.
This series explores the importance of understanding yourself and your impact and is focused on the Growing Deep capability of Growing Oneself. Now available as self-paced modules on iLearn – Australian Lutheran College.
This series investigates the remaining Growing Deep Capabilities of:

- Leading the Team, and
- Focusing on Outcomes.
