Lead and thrive


Lead and Thrive is an online leadership development program specifically designed to support those currently in leadership positions such as director or supervisor in Lutheran Early Childhood Services.

This two-year program includes an introductory webinar, a guided action research project, eight learning modules, eight coaching sessions, and an optional assessment leading to accreditation as an Early Childhood Leader in Lutheran Education.

FAQs:

The program costs $300

Anyone who currently holds a leadership position in an early childhood service in Lutheran Education Australia.

2 years of study with a guided action research project, 1 introductory webinar, 8 online modules and 8 coaching sessions.

The program runs for 2 years. The introductory webinar takes 1 hour, the coaching sessions are 1 hour each and the online modules take approx. 1 hour each to complete. There is a module and coaching session each term.

Attend all sessions, complete all modules and submit a reflective diary at the end of the program.

No, accreditation is optional. You can participate in the program without completing accreditation.

The introductory webinar occurs within the first month of the course then 1 coaching session and 1 module are offered each term.
